Q: Is it safe to buy online?
A: Buying online is absolutely one of the safest ways to shop! We use a 3rd party processor which handles the transaction to ensure safety and security without any human involvement. Using the latest encryption technology ensures a foolproof shopping experience that you can feel good about. If you prefer, we’re happy to accept a certified check or money order via mail, see above for our address.

Q: Is it possible to order the guides without bonus material?
A: The guides are intended to be used as a complete package, and cannot be purchased on their own. Selling everything as a package allows us to keep our prices low and pass on the savings to you.

Q: Are customers permitted to print physical copies of the guides?
A: As one of our valued customers, you are able to download the guides to your home computer or print yourself copies for personal use at any time.

Q: Can I create extra power, from my DIY Green Energy projects, and sell it back to the electric companies?
A: No! You cannot hook uncertified solar panels up to the city grid. Some of our competition (copycat products) will tell you that you can “sell power back to the grid” or the “electric company will be forced to send you a check”, but these claims are simply not true.

Q: Can I buy all the materials I need, for my DIY Green Energy projects, from local stores?
A: The only material that you can’t buy locally will be the “solar cells”. All other materials (aluminum, screws, wires, etc) should be available in your local hardware store. There are several places you can buy solar cells and have them shipped almost anywhere around the world. EBay is a good place to start but we also provide resources for you on our DIY Resources page.

Q: What if my computer crashes and I lose all my files?
A: Computer malfunctions have been a hassle for all of us so when you order the guide you will receive a CD-ROM or DVD in the mail with a safe & secure physical copy of all of the material.

Q: How do I open and view the books?
A: To access the files on your CD-ROM/DVD, please view the How do I access the files on the CD/DVD? page.
